Programme Manager

You will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s artistic activities working with the Artistic Director to ensure the delivery of the Auxiliary and Middlesbrough Art Week’s programme. We are looking for someone passionate about The Auxiliary’s artist-centred values, with experience of working within art organisations, including freelancer experience. A knowledge of current artistic practices and ecologies both regionally, and nationally is central to the role. As an artist-led organisation, we support learning and development within the team and understand this knowledge can grow inside the role.

Communications Producer

You will be responsible for a number of key aspects that will ensure the smooth running and operation of our public profile and how audiences interact digitally, socially and professionally with the various projects and find out about what is happening throughout the year. You will bring experience in marketing and communication with stone proficiency in online marketing and digital publishing tools, including website, social media, archiving, writing and proofing copy, as well as graphics and photo asset management. We are looking for someone with experience of working within art organisations or arts festivals, including freelancer experience to engage and develop audiences and impact.
