The Thread that Binds

Designed by Omkar Khanvilkar

The Thread That Binds  is an exhibition tracing culture, memory, and the layers of self, which brings together four (student and graduate artists) from the MA Fine Arts at Teesside University. Whose works trace the intersections of personal and cultural identity, using abstraction, realism, and symbolism to explore memory, resilience, and belonging. This exhibition invites viewers to reflect on the unseen connections that shape us and how art can reveal what lies beneath the surface of the self.

This collection of works can be viewed in the former B&M building in the Dundas Centre, Middlesbrough every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between 12:00-16:00, from 1 May to 16 May.

The opening event will take place on Thursday, 1st May, between 4 PM and 6 PM.
